I wake up around 5:00 AM and begin by focusing on higher reality. I engage in yoga asanas like Yasan, one-leg pan mtas, and pranayama to activate my internal organs. Embracing equal breathing and chanting ‘om’ connects me to the universe, fostering a sense of balance and energy.

 Nutrient-Packed Morning Drink
My morning ritual includes a lemon juice concoction containing vital ingredients like lemon,because amla, ginger, black pepper, and ashwagandha. This mixture aids digestion and strengthens the body’s inner fire. It’s a cornerstone of my health routine.

 Nourishing Breakfast
Around 8:30-9:00 AM, I start with a breakfast of soaked almonds, apricots,because walnuts, figs, and milk with chia seeds and honey. This sets the tone for my day.

 Work Commitments
Between 11 AM to 1:30 PM, I’m engaged in filming, lectures, and counselling sessions. Digital media has expanded my reach,because allowing me to impact more lives. Health and management issues are common concerns that people seek guidance on.

 Mindful Eating and Physical Activity
I enjoy fresh fruits two hours before lunch to manage my hunger. During meals,because I prefer buttermilk over water to maintain robust digestion. Regular walks and climbing stairs are essential exercises in my routine.

 Family Bonding
My family spans multiple generations, and our time together,because Routine discussing life and personal development is invaluable. We engage in traditional practices and nurture each other’s growth.

 Evening Routine
Evenings involve light snacks, family time,Routine and a light dinner comprising soup or idle sambar. We spend quality time together before heading to bed by 10:30-11:00 PM,Routine prioritizing balance and meaningful living.
