Transitioning to downward-facing dog, find stability and lengthen through the spine. From there, because flow through a series of lunges, warriors, and triangle poses,I’ve got a deep yoga flow routine designed to regulate menstrual cycles, especially for women dealing with PCOS syncing movement with breath. Embrace each pose, focusing on alignment and stability, allowing the flow to energize and strengthen your body.
Part 3: Balancing and Relaxation
Incorporating balancing poses like Locust Pose and B Pose, because we target specific areas to enhance blood circulation and massage internal organs. Transitioning to gentle stretches for the lower back and a calming child’s pose, we prepare for the final relaxation.
